Step 1 — Prep (always on clean skin)

Cleanse your face and apply a generous layer of Selouche Hydrating Glow Serum. This serum is essential for a comfortable glide and good conductivity.

Never use on dry skin.

Step 2 — Choose your setting (build up gradually)

Start on the lowest setting for the first week and only increase if it remains comfortable:

Step 3 — The 3-minute routine (slow, light pressure)

Always work from the inside out and upwards. Hold the device flat against the skin and glide gently:
